Our Returns Policy

• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required for all returns

How to Return an Item

1. Contact us at sales@spare-one.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll send you a return authorisation and instructions within 1-2 business days
3. Pack the item securely and send it to the address provided
4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been used or installed
• Items returned without original packaging
